摘  要:鉴于社会竞争日益激烈,大学生的数量日益增加,随之而来的就业压力、社会压力越来越大。大学生的人际沟通能力成为了影响个人发展的重要因素之一。但是部分学生的沟通能力低下,个别学生甚至抵触与人沟通交流,把自己封闭起来,成为了一个严重的问题。该文将根据大学生交流现状,探析改革人际沟通课程的教学方法,进而能够有效提高大学生的沟通交流能力,从容面对社会和生活的考验。In view of the increasingly fierce social competition and the increasing number of college students,the employment pressure and social pressure are increasing.The interpersonal communication ability of college students has become one of the important factors affecting personal development.However,some students’ communication ability is low,and some students even conflict with communication with others,so they close themselves up,which has become a serious problem.Based on the current situation of College Students’ communication,this paper analyzes the teaching methods of the reform of interpersonal communication course,so as to effectively improve the communication ability of college students and calmly face the test of society and life.
