摘 要:研究编制了调剂生学习阻碍调查问卷,通过对地方院校的调剂生进行问卷调查分析调剂生在学习上遇到的障碍。调查结果显示,调剂生在专业学习上有学习兴趣不高、专业认同感不足、专业适应性不良、学习目标不明确、行动性差等阻碍因素。研究有针对性地提出了高校要及时引导调剂生调整自身学习状态,积极学习、加强专业教育,多开展有利于调剂生学习的课程和活动等策略。The study developed a questionnaire on transfer students’learning disabilities.Through the questionnaire survey on the transferring students in local colleges and universities,the study analyzed the obstacles they encountered in learning.The survey results showed that there were some obstacles in professional learning,such as low interest in learning,lack of professional identity,poor professional adaptability,unclear learning objectives and poor mobility.The study put forward that colleges and universities should timely guide the transfer students to adjust their learning state,actively study,strengthen professional education,and carry out more courses and activities conducive to the transfer students’learning.
