摘 要:为了培养率集成电路技术人才,在集成电路实验教学中,提出采用PBL模式开展集成电路实验教学,以问题为导向,分析电路原理、综合CMOS工艺流程、完成集成电路设计任务。在集成电路实验教学实践中,根据教学目标制定问题,应用PBL模式使学生加深理解CMOS工艺和集成电路功能实现之间的联系,激发了学生的专业兴趣,提高了教学质量,具有良好的教学实践价值。In order to foster the talents of the integrated circuits technology,the PBL practice on integrated circuits experimental teaching is raised up in this paper to instruct students with problem with analyzing the circuits’principle and applying CMOS process technology for design task.It is demonstrated in the experimental teaching of inverter to set up the problem by teaching goal,and enhance the connection between the CMOS process and integrated circuits’function,which indicates that the PBL teaching practice on Integrated circuits stimulates the students’specialty interests and improves the teaching quality with the excellent experimental teaching value on integrated circuits.
