终身教育理念对高等教育培养模式的影响

摘　　要：终身教育的核心目标是培养学生终身学习意识和能力,推动自身的全面发展,终身教育理念是伴随人类发展与社会进步而形成的教育形态,对我国高等教育培养模式拥有着深远的影响,能够有效地契合现代教育的发展需求,推动人才培养工作的全面发展,然而为深入认识终身教育理念对高等教育培养模式的影响,形成切实有效的教育体系,高校应明确终身教育的形成与发展,明确传统教育所存在的问题,提出基于终身教育的改革路径及措施,从而真正推动高等教育的现代化发展。The core objective of life-long education is to cultivate students’consciousness and ability for a life-long study and to further their full-scale development.As an educational form that came into existence with the human development and social progress,life-long education concept exerts a profound influence on the cultivation mode of higher education in China.The mode can effectively be combined with the requirements for the modern education development and further the full-scale development of talents cultivation.To deeply understand the influence of life-long education concept on cultivation modes of higher education and form a practical and effective educational system,colleges and universities should clarify the formation and development of life-long education concept and the problems existing in the traditional education and propose reform pathways and measures for life-long education in order to substantially push forward the modern development of higher education.
