摘  要:目的了解河北某大专学校临床医学专业学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为,为学校开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法对河北省某大专学校852名临床医学专业学生进行不记名营养知识、态度及饮食行为问卷调查。结果多数大学生对营养知识缺乏全面了解并存在不合理饮食行为。女生营养知识平均得分高于男生(t=4.606,P<0.05),大二学生平均得分高于大一学生(t=7.497,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。大多数学生具有良好的营养态度,认为有必要开展营养知识健康教育。结论临床医学专业学生营养知识较缺乏,饮食行为不科学。应加强医学生营养教育,促使其改变不良饮食行为,促进身体健康。Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior among students from clinical medicine specialty in a medical college of Hebei Province,and to provide a scientific basis for implementing nutrition education in colleges.Methods Totally 852 students from clinical medicine specialty in a medical college of Hebei Province were surveyed by anonymous questionnaire to understand their nutritional knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior.Results Most students lacked a comprehensive understanding of nutritional knowledge and had unreasonable dietary behaviors.The average score of nutritional knowledge of girls was significantly higher than that of boys(t=4.606,P<0.05).The average score of the sophomore was higher than that of the freshman(t=7.497,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The majority of the students had correct attitudes and thought that it was necessary to implement nutrition education in colleges.Conclusion The students from clinical medicine specialty lacked nutritional knowledge and had incorrect dietary habits.It is necessary to strengthen nutrition education in medical students,prompt them to change the poor dietary behaviors so as to improve their health.
