摘　　要：现阶段我国社会经济呈现迅速发展之势,在这过程当中,我国对人才的要求有所提高。对于人才而言,不仅要具备专业知识,还应具备较强的身体素质,这样才能在工作中充分发挥自身的能力,因此,现阶段的高校体育教育备受关注。于高校体育教学而言,其可以培养大学生的身体素质,锻炼其意志力,为大学生更好地进入社会奠定基础。At the present stage,the social economy of our country presents the rapid development trend,in this process,our country’s demand for talents has improved.For talents,we should not only have professional knowledge,but also have strong physical quality,so that we can give full play to our own ability in our work.Therefore,the current stage of physical education in colleges and universities has attracted much attention.As far as physical education in colleges and universities is concerned,it can cultivate the physical quality of college students,exercise their willpower,and lay the foundation for college students to enter the society better.
