比赛法在高职院校篮球训练中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：篮球运动是一项综合性很强的运动,可以强身健体,锻炼学生具备耐力和体能。在进行篮球训练时所采用的方式是比赛法,通过这种方式可以有效调动学生学习篮球的积极性。在高职院校进行篮球训练时采用了很多方式,但是比赛法是最适用的方式。本文对在高职院校篮球训练过程中应用比赛法的效果进行了分析,希望能够对大家研究篮球训练提供帮助。Basketball is a very comprehensive sport.It can strengthen the body,exercise students with endurance and physical fitness.In basketball teaching,the teaching method of competition is adopted,which can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn basketball.Many methods have been used in basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges,but the match teaching method is the most suitable one.This paper analyzes the effect of applying competition teaching method in the basketball teaching process of higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide help for the research of basketball teaching.
