摘 要:在高校田径运动蓬勃发展的当下,应当更充分关注田径运动员的短期集训,充分运用这一方式高效提高运动员的比赛成绩,促进运动员全面提高整体素质,帮助运动员在比赛中获得更好的成绩。所以,教练员一定要根据运动员的自身特点,明确训练目标、制定科学的训练计划、突出训练重点,帮助运动员达到最佳的运动状态,获得优异的竞赛成绩。针对这样的情况,本文重点探讨和分析普通高校田径运动员短期集训当中存在的主要问题以及相对应的解决方法,希望本文的简要分析能够为提升运动员的训练效果做出一定的贡献。With the vigorous development of track and field sports in colleges and universities,we should pay more attention to the short-term training of track and field athletes,and make full use of this method to efficiently improve the athletes’competition performance,promote the overall improvement of athletes’overall quality,and help athletes get better results in the competition.Therefore,coaches must clarify training goals,formulate scientific training plans,and focus on training according to the athlete’s own characteristics,so as to help athletes achieve the best sports state and obtain excellent competition results.In response to this situation,this article focuses on discussing and analyzing the main problems and corresponding solutions in the short-term training of ordinary college track and field athletes.It is hoped that this brief analysis can make a certain contribution to improving the training effect of athletes.
