摘  要:随着新课改的不断深入,不但对学生提出了更高的要求,也对教师的专业发展也提出了相应的发展要求。这也使教师的专业发展成为一个焦点问题,如何促进教师的专业发展成为所有学校管理者的一个重要研究方向,一套适应性很强的教师评价机制可以很好地促进教师专业发展。因此需要学校方面通过科学并且有效的管理来实现这个目标。农村小学教师的专业发展水平相比城市中的小学教师来讲低了很多,这使农村的基础教育效果层面也降低了不少。教育均衡化这是我国教育的一个新的教育改革方向,而要实现这个目标,首先要提升农村小学教师相关的专业发展水平。该文主要针对农村小学中,分层开展教师发展评价,进而促进教师专业发展进行探讨,希望对农村小学教师有所帮助。The continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,not only put forward higher requirements for students,but also put forward corresponding development requirements for the professional development of teachers.This also makes teacher professional development a focus issue,so how to promote teacher professional development has become an important research direction for all school administrators.A set of highly adaptive teacher evaluation mechanisms can well promote teacher professional development.Therefore,it is necessary for schools to achieve this goal through scientific and effective management.The professional development level of rural primary school teachers is much lower than that of urban primary school teachers,which makes the basic education effect level in rural areas also lower.Education equalization is a new direction of education reform proposed by the Ministry of Education of China.To achieve this goal,the professional development level of rural primary school teachers should be improved first.This paper mainly aims at the rural primary school,carries out the teacher development evaluation at different levels,then promotes the teacher professional development to carry on the discussion,hoped to be helpful to the rural primary school teacher.
