摘 要:道家道气论认为,先天之气生成了后天阴阳之气,并和阴阳之气生成万物(包括人),因此人体内存在着先天之气,并和自然界的先天之气相通应。由于目前中医对先天之气来源的认识存在问题以及中医元气具有先天之气和先后天之气的双重内涵,因此文章借鉴道家道气论对先天之气的认识,以原气表示人体的先天之气,以揭示中医先天之气的内涵。文章认为原气是人体内存在的通于自然界先天之气的先天之气;原气是生命形成的本源之气;原气是生命形成和运行的动力之气。According to the Taoist theory of Daoqi,the congenital qi generates the acquired yin qi and yang qi,and congenital qi generates all things including human beings with the yin qi and yang qi.Therefore,there is congenital qi in human body,which is connected with the congenital qi in nature.At present,there are some problems in the understanding of the source of congenital qi in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the dual connotations of TCM primordial qi as congenital qi and combination of congenital qi and acquired qi.Therefore,the article used the knowledge of Taoist theory of Daoqi to express the congenital qi of human body in order to reveal the connotation of primordial qi in TCM.The article held that the primordial qi is the congenital qi existing in human body,which is connected with the congenital qi in nature;the primordial qi is the original qi of life formation and operation.
