摘  要:目的:探讨青少年公正世界信念与责任感之间的关系,以及目标定向在其中的中介作用。方法:采用公正世界信念量表、责任感量表、目标定向量表对来自湖南省的698名青少年进行问卷调查,通过SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)青少年的一般公正世界信念高于个人公正世界信念(t=3.80,P<0.01)。(2)青少年一般公正世界信念与掌握目标定向、成绩目标定向、责任感呈显著正相关(r=0.40,0.18,0.34;P<0.01);个人公正世界信念与掌握目标定向、成绩目标定向、责任感呈显著正相关(r=0.41,0.25,0.23;P<0.01);(3)掌握目标定向在青少年一般公正世界信念与责任感的关系中有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的58%,在个人公正世界信念与责任感的关系中有完全中介作用。结论:青少年的一般公正世界信念高于个人公正世界信念,掌握目标定向在公正世界信念与责任感的关系间具有中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between belief in a just world(BJW)and responsibility of teenagers,and the mediating role of achievement goal.Methods:BJW scale,responsibility scale and achievement goal scale were used to investigate 698 teenagers from Hunan province,statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 22.0.Results:(1)The general BJW of teenagers was higher than the personal BJW(t=3.80,P<0.01).(2)There were significant positive correlations between teenagers’general BJW and mastery goal,performance goal,responsibility(r=0.40,0.18,0.34;P<0.01);There were significant positive correlations between teenagers’personal BJW and mastery goal,performance goal,responsibility(r=0.41,0.25,0.23;P<0.01).(3)The relationship between general BJW and responsibility was mediated by mastery goal,mediating effect accounted for 58%of the total effect.Mastery goal had a complete mediating role in the relationship between personal BJW and responsibility.Conclusion:The general BJW of teenagers is higher than the personal BJW.Mastery goal plays an intermediary role in the relationship between BJW and responsibility.
