摘 要:目的分析保加利亚乳酸杆菌、沙门氏菌及培养上清对旋毛虫感染的BALB/c鼠体内成虫与肌幼虫荷虫量的影响,旨在为旋毛虫病的防治提供新思路,如以肠道菌为资源制成的疫苗或其他药物制剂。方法通过Real-time PCR技术对小鼠肠道菌群定量分析,确认保加利亚乳酸杆菌和沙门氏菌定植;感染旋毛虫5d后,分析小鼠体内成虫荷虫量变化;感染旋毛虫35 d后,分析小鼠体内肌幼虫荷虫量变化。结果保加利亚乳酸杆菌和沙门氏菌均能促进小鼠排虫,分别引起成虫减少45.3%和22.3%,培养上清效果稍差,分别减少了29.0%和14.8%;两者分别引起肌幼虫减少54.0%和38.3%,培养上清分别引起肌幼虫减少43.7%和37.7%。结论保加利亚乳酸杆菌和沙门氏菌均能够保护BALB/c鼠减少旋毛虫的感染。Objective The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus bulgaricus(L.bulgaricus),Salmonella enterica(S.enterica)and their supernatants from culture on the percentage of adult worm and larvae in mice infected by Trichinella spiralis(T.spiralis),thus providing a new way for the prevention and treatment of trichinosis.Methods Quantitative analysis of the intestinal flora was performed using the real-time quantitative PCR technique.The percentage of adult worm and larvae reduction in the intestine at different days after T.spiralis infection were compared with the control group.Results The percentage of adult worm was reduced by 45.3%and 22.3%in mice treated with L.bulgaricus and S.enterica,respectively,compared with control group,while the percentage of adult worm was reduced by 29.0%and 14.8%respectively after treatment with supernatants from culture,at day 5 after T.spiralis infection.The percentage of larvae per gram of muscle tissue was reduced by 54.0%and 38.3%after treatment with L.bulgaricus and S.enterica,respectively,as compared with controls,while the percentage of larvae was reduced by 43.7%and 37.7%in mice treated with respective supernatants,at day 35 after T.spiralis infection.Conclusion L.bulgaricus,S.enterica and the supernantants from culture could protect against T.spiralis infection.
