摘  要:船舶工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式是高职院校和船舶制造企业深度融合的体现。为了提高人才培养质量,船舶工程技术专业充分调研船舶制造企业需求和船舶行业要求,制定了校企一体化人才培养方案,建设适合现代学徒制的模块化混合课程,校企共同进行“双师型”师资队伍建设和校内生产性实训基地建设。The talents training mode of modern apprenticeship of ship engineering technology major is the embodiment of the deep integration between higher vocational colleges and shipbuilding enterprises.In order to improve the quality of talents training,the ship engineering technology major fully investigates the needs of shipbuilding enterprises and the requirements of the shipbuilding industry,formulates a school-enterprise integration talents training program,builds a modular hybrid integration curriculum suitable for modern apprenticeship,and carries out the construction of"double qualification"teaching staff and the construction of production training bases in schools with enterprises.
