高职院校基层党组织组织力提升对策探究

摘　　要：组织力是党组织在基层组织建设和社会治理中的内在与外在相统一的综合能力,是基层党组织工作的重点。高职院校应结合自身特点,对照组织力建设的具体要求,从发挥政治引领、完善组织制度、抓住关键环节等角度出发,找准高职院校基层党组织组织力提升的着力点,建设有领导力、号召力和吸引力的基层党组织。Organizational strength is the comprehensive ability of Party organization to unify internally and externally in the construction of grassroots organizations and social governance,and it is the focus of the work of the grassroots Party organization.Higher vocational colleges should combine their own characteristics,against the specific requirements of organizational strength construction,find out the focus of the promotion of the organizational strength of the grassroots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges from the point of exerting political leadership,perfecting the organizational system and grasping the key links,and build grassroots Party organizations with leadership,appeal and attraction.
