摘 要:从养殖塘底泥中分离细菌,对其溶藻活性进行初步研究.结果表明,共有14株菌株对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)显示出强弱不同的溶藻活性,其中MS7和MT22的叶绿素a去除率分别达到了91.0%和73.7%,溶藻活性较强.16S rRNA基因测序结果显示,分离得到的14株溶藻细菌中,除了AT菌株为微小杆菌属(Exiguobacteriu)以外,其他13株均归为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus).Bacteria were isolated from the sediment of an aquaculture pond,and their algicidal activity was studied.The results showed that 14 strains had different algicidal activity to Microcystis aeruginosa,in particular,MS7 and MT22 strain showed strong algicidal activity,and their chlorophyll-a removal rate reached 91.0%and 73.7%,respectively.The 16S rRNA gene sequencing results revealed that these 14 strains isolated in this study belonged to the genera Bacillus except AT stain which belonged to the genera Exiguobacteriu.
