摘  要:采用GC-MS分析了牡丹花粉中的主要植物甾醇,并与油菜花粉的含量进行比较。结果表明:牡丹花粉中共检出了5种甾醇,含量最高的甾醇为异岩藻甾醇(21.89 mg/g);其次为新甾醇物质Gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-(2.68 mg/g);β-谷甾醇及另外2种甾醇的含量均在1 mg/g以下。牡丹花粉含有的2种主要植物甾醇—异岩藻甾醇和Gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-在油菜花粉中均有测得,但含量均低于牡丹花粉。The main phytosterols in the peony pollen were analyzed by GC-MS,and the contents were also compared with those of rape pollen.It was found that five kinds of phytosterols were detected in peony pollen.The content of isofucosterol was 21.89 mg/g,which was the highest.Secondly was the gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-with the content of 2.68 mg/g.The content ofβ-sitosterol and two other sterols was less than 1 mg/g.The two main phytosterols in peony pollen,isofucosterol and gorgost-5-en-3-ol,(3a)-,were also detected in rape pollen,but their contents were lower than those in peony pollen.
