摘　　要：随着技术的成熟和器械的发展,越来越多的巨大肝肿瘤得以在腹腔镜下切除。与传统入路肝切除术相比,前入路肝切除术更适用于腹腔镜下肝脏巨大肿瘤的切除,应用于肝脏恶性肿瘤切除时也更符合"无瘤原则"。本团队总结开展腹腔镜肝切除术以来的经验并与国内外专家沟通交流,形成了一整套腹腔镜前入路右半肝切除术的单中心规范化流程,现总结如下。With the development of technology and instruments,more and more giant liver tumors have been resected under laparoscopy.Compared with traditional approach hepatectomy,anterior hepatectomy is more suitable for laparoscopic resection of huge liver tumors,and it is also more in line with the"tumor-free principle"when it is used in the resection of liver malignant tumors.Our team summarized the experiences and lessons of laparoscopic hepatectomy and communicated with domestic and foreign experts to form a set of single center standardized process of laparoscopic anterior right hepatectomy,which is summarized as follows.
