摘　　要：班主任是班级工作的组织者,学生成长路上的引领者。班主任的工作是纷繁复杂、焦头烂额,令广大教师望而敬畏。随着技工教育的蓬勃发展,班主任的作用越来越重,对于加强班主任队伍建设迫在眉睫。随着高等教育扩招和中等职业教育的崛起,技工院校的生源质量也受到了严重的影响,不仅要让每位学生在校期间能学会一技之长,还要实现高质量的就业,所以班级管理至关的重要。因此,加强技工院校班主任队伍建设是技工院校内涵发展的一项重要举措。The head teacher is the organizer of class work and the leader of students'growth.The work of the head teacher is complicated and exhausting,which awes the teachers.With the vigorous development of technical education,the role of head teachers is becoming more and more important,and it is urgent to strengthen the construction of the team of head teachers.With the expansion of higher education and the rise of secondary vocational education,the quality of students in technical colleges has also been seriously aff ected.Not only must each student learn a skill during school,but also achieve highquality employment,so class management is important.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the head teacher team of technical colleges is an important measure for the connotative development of technical colleges.
