摘 要:以某型振动压路机振动轮内偏心转子为研究对象,建立轴系动力学仿真模型,分析支承轴承为圆柱滚子轴承和调心滚子轴承时轴系支承处的受力随轴承不对中量的变化趋势,并通过振-声学仿真分析比较分别采用这两类轴承时转子支承轴承不对中量对钢轮辐射噪声的影响。研究表明,支承轴承不对中时,两类轴承轴向和径向受力均随不对中量增加呈现增加趋势,但调心滚子轴承受力增加的幅度远小于圆柱滚子轴承。偏心转子选用圆柱滚子轴承的钢轮辐射噪声声压级随不对中量的增大而增加,而选用调心滚子轴承的钢轮辐射噪声无显著变化。研究结果可为以振动压路机减振降噪为目标的钢轮内偏心转子支承轴承选型提供依据。The eccentric rotor in the vibratory wheels of a roller is analyzed for its bearing selection.Firstly,the dynamic simulation model of the rotor and the shafting system is established.The variation tendency of the applied force at the support bearing with the bearing misalinment is analyzed for the two cases that the support bearing are respectively a cylindrical roller bearing and a self-aligning roller bearing.Through the vibro-acoustic simulation analysis,the influences of the supporting bearing misalinment of the above two cases on the radiation noises of the vibratory wheel are compared each other.The results show that both the axial and radial forces of the cyldrical roller bearing and the self-aligning roller bearing increase with the increase of bearing misalignment,but the increase in the self-aligning roller bearings are much smaller than that in the cyldrical bearings.The sound pressure level of the radiation noise from the vibratory wheel with cylindrical roller supporting bearings increases with the increase of the bearing misalignment,while no obvious change is observed in that from the vibratory wheel with self-aligning roller bearingss.These results provide an evidence for the bearing selection of the eccentric rotor in vibratory wheel aiming at vibration and noise reduction of the vibratory roller.
