摘  要:根据座椅悬架的动力学特性,建立3自由度半主动座椅悬架模型,将已经参数辨识的磁流变阻尼器可调Sigmoid力学模型应用于该半主动座椅悬架系统。针对基于现有的最优控制所计算的最优控制力超过磁流变阻尼器输出范围的问题,提出一种开关-最优控制策略,通过最优控制、磁流变阻尼器可调Sigmoid力学逆模型、开关控制等得到最优控制电流,最后求得更加适宜的最优控制力。以随机路面作为激励,分别对被动悬架系统、最优控制半主动座椅悬架系统、开关-最优控制半主动座椅悬架系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:所提出的开关-最优控制策略可以降低路面的冲击,改善座椅的性能指标,提高极限阻尼力输入时的控制效果。According to the dynamic characteristics of the seat suspension,a 3-DOF semi-active seat suspension model is established.The adjustable Sigmoid mechanical model of the parameter-identified magneto-rheological(MR)damper is applied to the semi-active seat suspension system.Aiming at the problem that the optimal control force from the existing optimal control calculation exceeds the output range of the MR damper,a switch-optimal control strategy is proposed.Through the optimal control,inversion of the adjustable Sigmoid mechanical model of the MR damper,switch control,etc.,the optimal control current is obtained.Finally a more suitable optimal control force is obtained.With the random road surface as an incentive,the passive suspension,the optimally controlled semi-active seat suspension system and the switch-optimally controlled semi-active seat suspension system are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the proposed switchoptimal control strategy can reduce the impact of the road surface,improve the performance index of the seat and increase the control effect when the ultimate damping force is input.
