摘 要:目的:观察基于社交平台的翻转课堂在临床护理科研人才培养中的应用效果及对课程的满意度分析。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年8月在岗护士60人,在进行临床护理科研人才培养中给予基于社交平台的翻转课堂教育模式干预。对比护理人员干预前后科研能力评分及对课程的满意度。结果:干预后,护理人员科研能力自评量表各项评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员自拟课程评价总得分为(77.83±1.89)分。结论:基于社交平台的翻转课堂教育模式干预临床护理科研人才培养,能显著提高护理人员科研能力,护理人员对此种教育模式认可度高。Objective:To explore the application effect and satisfaction of the course of flipped classroom based on social platform in clinical nursing research personnel training.Methods:From July 2018 to August 2019,60 nurses were selected,in the training of clinical nursing research talents,they were given the education mode of flipped classroom based on social platform.We compared the scores of scientific research ability and satisfaction of the course of nursing staff before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of self rating scale of scientific research ability of nursing staff were higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of self-designed curriculum evaluation of nursing staff was(77.83±1.89).Conclusion:The flipped classroom education mode based on social platform in clinical nursing research personnel training can significantly improve the scientific research ability of nursing staff,and nurses have a high recognition of this education mode.
