摘 要:先将劳悦强先生对我“新解”的质疑作五方面归纳,依次一一正面回答,以说明:我的“新解”是循“义理”路数作解,而非劳先生所说的“辞章、训诂”的问题,再正面系统辨析孟子“‘仁’说”,以说明:我将“仁也者”章作“仁也者,人也。合而言之(人),(仁也者),道也”解,虽不合诸家通常的解释,然仍可以在《孟子》里找到根据,在义理上符合孟子“‘仁’说”的内容与本质,可以成立。This paper first summarizes Mr.Lo Yuet-Keung s query on“new interpretation”from five aspects and answers them one by one in order to show that“new interpretation”is based on argumentation,while Mr.Lo criticizes it from the standpoint of“diction and exegesis”,which is unconvincing;then,the paper makes a positive and systematic analysis of Mencius“benevolence”theory to show that:“Benevolence is also one”is interpreted as“Benevolence is the principle of being human.When combined,they become the Dao of human life”.In a word,although the explanation of“benevolence”and“Dao”is not in accordance with the general interpretations of other schools,the basis can be found in Mencius,which is consistent with the content and essence of Mencius“benevolence”theory in terms of argumentation,and thus plausible.
