摘 要:目的探讨手术室准入培训在实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取江西省胸科医院2018年9月~2019年12月的100名大专实习生,依据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50名。实验组实习生接受手术室准入培训,对照组实习生接受常规培训,比较两组实习生的手卫生考核评分、实习期间造成的医院感染隐患事件发生率以及带教满意度评分。结果实验组的手卫生考核评分、带教满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生实习期间造成的医院感染隐患事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规手术室实习生岗前培训,手术室准入培训方法更具优势,能切实有效地提高实习生对手术室带教满意度,增加手卫生的合格率,降低实习生造成的手术室医院感染隐患的发生,从而增强带教效果,增加手术安全。Objective To explore the application effect of operating room access training in interns teaching.Methods A total of 100 junior college interns in Jiangxi Chest Hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 interns in each group.The experimental group received operating room access training,while the control group received routine training.The hand hygiene assessment score,the incidence of potential hospital infection events during the internship,and the teaching satisfaction score between the two groups were compared.Results The hand hygiene assessment score and teaching satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of potential hospital infection events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional pre-job training for operating room interns,the access training method of operating room has more advantages,which can effectively improve interns′satisfaction with operating room teaching,increase the pass rate of hand hygiene,reduce the occurrence of potential nosocomial infection in operating room caused by interns,so as to enhance the teaching effect and increase the safety of operation.
