摘　　要：高校礼仪课程教师作为人类文明的传承者传播者及学校礼仪教育工作的主体,在大学生礼仪素养的培养中起着极其重要作用。根据当前礼仪课程教师存在的一些问题,现从礼仪课程思政、教师自身礼仪素养及礼仪课程教师教学团队建设等方面进行分析和探讨。As an inheritor and disseminator of human civilization,and the main body of etiquette education,etiquette course in colleges and universities plays a prime role in cultivating students'etiquette accomplishments.On the baiss of the problems of ignorance of quality education of etiquette courses,lack of system of teacher's etiquette knowlelge,deficiency in teachers'self accomlishment in etiquette and the requirement of the improvement of teaching teams in etiquette course,this essay analyses and discusses the existing issues of etiquette course teachers from the aspects of ideology and politics of etiquette courses,teachers'self-accomplishment and teaching group construction as well.
