摘 要:高职国际商务专业是实践性较强的专业,校政企合作人才培养模式通过架起高职院校、政府和企业三方桥梁,充分培养和锻造国际商务专业在校生的职业技能,为其毕业后直接对接职场做好充分铺垫。然而现阶段这种人才培养模式遇到了一些发展瓶颈,包括校政企合作关系中各利益方诉求的差异,地方政府尚未积极发挥其在校政企合作中的应有的重要推动作用,校企合作双方合作基础薄弱等,这需要政府在宏观层面制定政策、理清关系,构造校政企合作利益共同体,高职院校和企业在微观层面合力做好调研、跟进、协调以及收尾工作,共同为校政企合作的顺利深入推进保驾护航。International Business is a major with strong practicality.The talent training mode of school-government-enterprise cooperation can fully cultivate and forge the required vocational skills by building a tripartite bridge among the three parties,laying a solid foundation for their direct connection with the workplace after graduation.However,at the present stage,this mode has encountered some development bottlenecks,including interests differences in the tripartite cooperation,the local government has not actively played its important role in promoting the cooperation,and the foundation of cooperation between the other two parties is weak.This requires the government to formulate policies at the macro level,clarify the relationship,and construct the benefit sharing community.Higher vocational colleges and enterprises work together at the micro level to conduct research,follow up,coordinate and finish the work,so as to jointly escort the smooth and in-depth development of tripartite cooperation.
