摘　　要：以“员工培训实务训练”课程为例,说明课程考核应知识与能力并重,在考核内容、考核主体、考核方式上采取多元化策略,才能遵循教学规律,实现对课程的全过程考核。Taking the course of"staff practice training"as an example,the author believes that the course assessment should lay equal stress on knowledge and ability,and adopt diversified strategies in the assessment content,subject and method,so as to follow the teaching law and accomplish the whole process of the course assessment.
