基于DEA的安徽省中等职业教育财政支出效率分析

摘　　要：文章基于2009-2018年安徽省中等职业教育财政支出效率评价指标数据,在投入、产出指标通过Pearson相关性检验后,运用DEA模型测算安徽省中等职业教育财政支出的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,结果表明存在投入冗余、产出不足的情况,并进一步与完全有效省份进行对比分析发现其存在缺乏顶尖专任教师、图书和教学、科研仪器设备资产更新率较低、财政经费使用存在浪费等问题。文章最后提出相关政策建议,旨在为安徽省中等职业教育财政支出效率提高提供参考。Based on the data of evaluation index of financial expenditure efficiency of secondary vocational education in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018,after the input and output indexes pass the Pearson Correlation Test,this paper uses DEA model to calculate the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the financial expenditure of secondary vocational education in Anhui Province,it is found that there are some problems such as lack of top-notch full-time teachers,lack of books and teaching,low renewal rate of scientific research instruments and equipments,and waste of financial funds.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations,in order to improve the efficiency of financial expenditure for secondary vocational education in Anhui Province for reference.
