摘  要:选用羟丙基淀粉(HPS)和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为植物空心胶囊配方中的复合成膜剂,卡拉胶为凝胶剂,聚乙二醇-4000(PEG-4000)为增塑剂,探究不同成分配比对胶囊膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和透光率等性能的影响,确定因素水平。进一步利用响应面法对HPS/HPMC复合成膜剂植物空心胶囊配方进行优化,得到优化的囊材配方为:HPMC 5.00%、HPS 2.50%、卡拉胶2.28%和PEG-40000.72%。该条件下,胶囊膜的机械性能:拉伸强度为24.83 MPa,断裂伸长率为9.27%,验证值与程序所得理论值基本吻合。Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)and hydroxypropyl starch(HPS)were used as the composite film-forming agent,with carrageenan and polyethylene glycol-4000 used as the gelling agent and plasticizer respectively in the hard capsule formulation.The effects of different component proportions on the tensile strength,elongation at break,light transmittance and other indicators of the capsule film were studied to tentatively determine the factor level.HPS/HPMC composite film-forming agent plant hard capsule film was further optimized by the response surface method,and the optimized preparation formula was obtained as follows:HPMC 5.0%,HPS 2.5%,carrageenan 2.28%,PEG-40000.72%.The mechanical properties of the capsule film were as follows:the tensile strength was 24.83 MPa,the elongation at break was 9.27%.The repeated results of response surface analysis were close to the theoretical value after verification.
