摘  要:目的 研究青少年近视眼屈光度与角膜屈光力的相关性。方法 使用角膜地形图仪和角膜曲率仪对年龄在8~22岁的近视患者,336例共672只眼的屈光度和角膜屈光力进行测定分析。结果 青少年中、低度近视眼垂直径角膜屈光力明显大于水平径角膜屈光力(P<0.001),垂直径角膜屈光力与屈光度呈正相关,并且随近视屈光度增加有明显增高的趋势(P<0.05);而在高度近视眼与中度近视眼组之间,垂直角膜屈光力的增加无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 垂直径角膜屈光力的增高是青少年中、低度近视眼形成的主要原因。Objective To study the correlation between diopter and corneal refractive power in juvenile myopia. Methods Topographic modeling system (TMS) and keratometer were used to measure and analyze diopter and corneal refractive power of 336 cases (672 eyes) of myopia, aged 8 to 22 years. Results In mild and moderate juvenile myopia, vertical refractive power was significantly higher than horizontal refractive power (P<0.001); vertical refractive power was positively correlated with diopter and tended to increase with the increase in diopter (P<0.05). However no significant difference was found between vertical refractive power of hight myopia and that of moderate myopia (P>0.05). Conclusion Increase in vertical corneal refractive power is the primary cause of mild and moderate myopia in juvenile.
