摘 要:激励是人力资源管理的重要手段,在调动和激发员工积极性、主观能动性等方面发挥着重要作用。非薪酬激励是激励的重要组成部分,具有种类多、可操作性强等特征和满足差异化需求、激发潜能、提高积极性等作用。研究企业管理中非薪酬激励的运用策略和实施路径,可以更好地发挥其激励效能,提高企业人力资源管理水平。Incentive is an important part of human resource management,which plays a great role in mobilizing and stimulating the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of employees.As an important part of incentives,non-salary incentives are characterized by flexible and diverse types,long management effect and strong operability,which can help to meet differentiated needs,stimulate potential and improve enthusiasm.This paper analyzes the use strategies and implementation paths of non-salary incentive in enterprise management in order to give full play to its incentive efficiency and improve the level of enterprise human resource management.
