摘　　要：研究生教育质量评估是以“研究生”“质量”为关注重点的专门性评估,是高等教育质量评估的重要议题。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指引下,在“质量革命”的涅槃再生期和创新发展期,研究生教育必将以新理念、新格局和新态势回应时代新要求、承担新使命。新时代研究生教育质量评估要勇于面对世界政治、经济、科技变革和新财经带来的重大挑战,全面把握财经类研究生教育的时代特征,深刻洞悉高等教育“质量革命”新内涵,破除“四唯”现象;需要从中国特色、世界水平、“四有”好老师、“四有”好青年四个维度,构建起雷达图式质量评估新体系。The quality assessment of graduate education is a specialized assessment focusing on“graduate”and“quality”,which is a significant issue in the quality assessment of higher education.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,in the stages of reproduction and innovative development of the Quality Revolution,graduate education will meet the new demands of a new age and fulfill the new missions with new ideas,new patterns and new situations.Quality assessment for graduate education in the new era are encouraged to face the grand challenges brought by world changes of politics,economy,technology and new finance and economics,comprehensively grasp the characteristics of the time on graduate education in finance and economics,and gain a deep insight into the Quality Revolution of higher education.To eliminate the phenomenon of“four pursuits”,a new quality assessment system of radar schema should be constructed in line with the four dimensions of Chinese characteristics,world level,teachers with four haves and students with four haves.
