摘 要:通过对全国8所高职院校的学生进行问卷调研,对高职学生思想行为特点进行归纳总结,发现其思想行为特点为:理想信念正确,但行动力不足;道德认知较高,但自我内化不足;个性独立张扬,但约束力不足;信息获取途径多维,但筛选能力不足;社交广度有余,但交往深度不足;学习目的明确,但学习动力不足。运用系统理论,从社会环境、教育管理、家庭环境和学生自身四个方面对其成因进行分析。进而从五个方面提出教育策略,即:树立新时代意识,加强学生理想信念教育;引入新发展理念,培养学生文化自信;基于学生特点,进行赏识性教育;利用网络载体,开展渗透式教育;拓宽教育途径,注重参与式教育。以期为高职院校学生教育工作提供思路和方法启示,为高职学生的健康成长提供帮助。Based on the questionnaire survey of the students in 8 higher vocational colleges in China,this paper summarizes the ideological and behavioral characteristics of higher vocational students,and finds that their ideological and behavioral characteristics are as follows:correct ideals and beliefs,but lack of action;The moral cognition is high,but the self-internalization is insufficient;Personality is independent,but the binding force is insufficient;The way of information acquisition is multidimensional,but the ability of screening is insufficient;The breadth of social interaction is more than enough,but the depth of communication is insufficient;the learning purpose is clear,but the learning motivation is insufficient.The causes of formation are analyzed using the system theory from the social environment,education management,family environment and the students themselves four aspects.Finally educational strategies are put forward from five aspects:sets up the time consciousness,strengthens the student ideal faith education;introducing new development concepts to cultivate students’cultural self-confidence;Based on the characteristics of students,appreciation education should be carried out;using network carrier to carry out infiltration education;broaden the way of education,pay attention to the participatory education to.It is expected to provide ideas and methods for the education of students in higher vocational colleges,and provide help for the healthy growth of higher vocational students.
