新医科背景下医学院校英语教学体系改革探索

摘　　要：新医科概念的提出对高校医学人才的培养提出了新的要求,大学英语作为高等教育的基础性课程,是高等医科院校教育的重要一环。文章通过将新医科背景下对于跨学科融合人才的需求与高校大学英语教学体系相结合,在整合新一轮科技革命及医学新领域和分析大学英语教学体系现状的基础上,以培养满足“健康中国”建设的现实需要以及社会对交叉融合医学人才的需求的新医科人才为目标,从“理念更新、课程内容优化、教学模式改进、师资队伍构建和评价体系完善”这五个层面构建高等医科院校大学英语教学体系,以期丰富现有的大学英语教学体系内容,对医学教育质量的进一步提升提供参考及借鉴。Medical universities are faced with new challenges with the proposal of new medicine.As a fundamental course in the university,college English plays an important role in medical education.Based on the analysis of the background of new medicine concept and the current condition of college English teaching system and taken cultivating new medical students as a goal,this article analyzes the ideas updating,course enlargement,teaching improvement,teachers advancement and evaluation reform of the college English teaching system.Hopefully this article can give some suggestions on the improvement of medical education quality.
