摘  要:教师影响力分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力。教师权力的膨胀导致师生关系的异化、学生发展的扭曲以及班级生活的变形,使得教师影响力陷入困境。为化解这种困境,有必要发掘教师非权力性影响力在教育活动中的价值。教师非权力性影响力对于构建平等的师生关系、促进学生健康发展、构建班级公共生活具有重要意义。在学校教育实践中,通过节制教师权力、构建对话关系、培养学习共同体,平衡权力与非权力的关系,从而充分发挥教师影响力的作用。Teacher influence is divided into power influence and non-power influence.The expansion of teacher power leads to the alienation of teacher-student relationship,the distortion of student development and the deformation of class life,which makes the influence of teacher in trouble.In order to resolve this dilemma,it is necessary to explore the value of teachers'non-power influence in educational activities.The non-power influence of teacher is of great significance for building an equal relationship between teachers and students,promoting the healthy development of students and building a class public life.In the practice of school education,by controlling teacher power,constructing dialogue relations and cultivating a learning community,we can balance the relationship between power and non-power,so as to make enough the role of teacher influence.
