摘  要:深化医教协同,推动理论教学与临床实践相融相通,提升医学生临床综合能力是推进医学教育改革的关键。当前,临床教学基地存在教学管理标准亟待优化、教学运行体系欠完善、教师教学水平有待提升等,亟需高校教育系统和医院卫生系统打好医教"组合拳",本文结合成都中医药大学临床教学基地的建设实践,将从理念协同、机制协同、标准协同、运行协同、评价协同、文化协同等方面探讨医教同质化建设路径,为提高医学人才培养质量提供借鉴。Deepening the coordination of medical education,promoting the integration of theoretical teaching and clinical practice,and improving the comprehensive clinical capabilities of medical students are the keys to advance the reform of medical education.At present,there are some problems in the clinical teaching base,such as the teaching management standards need to be optimized,the teaching operation system is not perfect and the teaching level of teachers needs to be improved.It is urgent for the university education system and the hospital health system to do a good job in the"combined punch"of medical education.Based on the construction practice of clinical teaching base of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine,this article discusses the construction path of medical and educational homogeneity from the aspects of concept coordination,mechanism coordination,standard coordination,operation coordination,evaluation coordination and culture coordination,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of medical personnel training.
