摘　　要：2010年以来,国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地建设得到国家政策的积极驱动,认定数量逐年增加,培训条件显著改善,教学质量不断提升。然而存在区域分布不均、过于注重申报工作、教学质量参差不齐和管理规范性不强等问题,今后应采取优化布局结构、加强培训条件建设、提升教学质量和强化行政治理等措施。Since 2010,the construction of continuing education bases for national professional and technical personnel has been actively driven by national policies.The number has increased year by year,the training conditions have improved significantly,and the teaching quality has continued to improve.However,there are some problems,such as uneven regional distribution,too much emphasis on declaration work,uneven teaching quality,and weak management standardization.In the future,measures such as optimizing the layout structure,strengthening the construction of training conditions,improving the teaching quality,and strengthening the administrative governance should be adopted.
