摘  要:目的本研究将混合式教学(B-learning)应用于《医学统计学》课程,对学生学习认知、态度和行为(knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)进行比较分析。方法本研究以本科生为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷并通过问卷的信度、效度评价,采用SAS 9.3统计学软件分别用卡方检验、秩和检验、t检验和多元回归分析等方法,进行线上学习的评价和影响因素分析。结果学生认知状况中网络视频作用(P=0.012 9)、是否上交作业(P=0.040 7)、是否参与讨论(P=0.009 4)三方面差异有统计学意义;学习态度方面,B-learning教学过程作用(P=0.027 1)与线上学习的兴趣(P=0.013 7)差异都有统计学意义;学习行为方面主要表现在线上学习时间(P=0.002 4)、每周线上学习次数(P=0.015 4)、解决困难途径(P=0.004 5)三方面差异有统计学意义。结论 B-learning教学应用于《医学统计学》课程教学,大大提高了学生在KAP方面的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。Objective To apply the B-learming teaching mode into the Medical Statistic course,and to comparatively analyze the students'knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP).Methods In this study,undergraduates were investigated by self-designed questionnaires,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated.SAS 9.3 statistical software was used to analyze the KAP evaluation and the infuencing factors of online learning with chi-square test,t test and multiple regression analysis.Results There were significant differences in students'cognitive status in three aspects:the role of online videos(P=0.0129),whether to submit assignments(P=0.0407),and whether to participate in discussions(P=0.0094).In terms of attitude,there were significant differences between the role of B-learning process(P=0.0271)and online learning interest(P=0.0137).And in the terms of practice,there were significant differences in the time of online learning(P=0.0024),weekly login times for online leamning(P=0.0154)and ways to solve difficulties(P=0.0045).Conclusion The B-learming mode applied to the course of Medical Statistics has greatly improved students'ability in knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP),and achieved good teaching effects.
