摘  要:当前,高水平工科类行业特色高校的人才培养面临从"基于学科的教育"向"学科交叉融合的教育"的战略转型。在此背景下,STEM教育理念被引入高水平工科类行业特色高校的教育改革中。然而,从实施情况来看,我国高水平工科类行业特色高校仍存在所培养的人才创新能力不足的突出问题。为改变这一现状,高水平工科类行业特色高校应在专业教学中重视培养学生的跨界整合能力,推进学科、专业、课程的一体化建设,实施项目式教学,建立基于循证的教学评价体系,建立健全STEM教育改革体制机制。At present,the cultivation of talents in high-level universities with characteristics of engineering is facing a strategic transformation from"discipline-based education"to"interdisciplinary education".In this context,the education concept of STEM has been introduced into the educational reforms of high-level engineering universities.However,from the perspective of implementation,our country’s high-level characteristic universities still have a prominent problem in cultivating innovative talents.In order to change it,those universities should pay attention to cultivating students’cross-boundary integration ability in professional teaching,promote the integrated construction of disciplines,majors and courses,implement project-based teaching,establish evidence-based teaching evaluation system,and improve the STEM education reform system and mechanism.
