临床见习课在中医妇科学教学中的重要性

摘　　要：中医妇科学是高等中医药院校本科生的临床主干课程之一。目前中医妇科学的教学模式仍然以理论和临床实践教学为主,但是存在基础理论知识与临床技能实践之间的不同步性。针对当前教学模式存在的弊端,提出教学模式改革,在中医妇科学的课程教学过程中设置临床见习课学习,在教材各论篇章中,涉及具体疾病的章节,理论授课之后,安排相应内容的临床见习课,可使学生早早接触临床,加深学生对理论知识的理解和提高临床实践能力,为以后进入临床工作打下良好基础。Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the major clinical courses for undergraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Now,the teaching mode of TCM gynecology is still based on theory and clinical practice,but there is a disparity between basic theoretical knowledge and clinical skill practice.About on the malpractice of current teaching mode,put forward a reform about teaching mode.Clinical novitiate is set in the course of teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.In the monographs,the section dealing with specific diseases,after the theory lecture,arrange corresponding content of clinical internship,it can make the student early contact clinical,deepen students’understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve their clinical practice ability,there is a good foundation for the future into clinical work.
