中医师规范化培训超声科带教的问题及对策

摘　　要：超声科是中医师规范化培训(以下简称中医规培)第2阶段的轮训科室。超声科需根据中医规培生的学历背景、知识架构、学习目标采用适合的培养模式和方法。本文根据本科室规培带教经验,分析总结我科在中医规培带教工作中存在的问题,提出“合理利用微课和微信平台,引导规培学员主动学习”“提高带教老师教学意识,优化带教方式,落实师生互评工作”“基于图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS系统)典型声像图开展多元化小讲课”的对策,旨在提高中医规培生规培水平,为社会培养知识全面、实践能力强、适应现代医学发展的新型中医临床医学人才。The ultrasound department is the second phase of the rotation training department of standardized training for Chinese medicine practitioners(hereinafter referred to as TCM training).The ultrasound department needs to adopt a suitable training model and method according to the academic background,knowledge structure,and learning objectives of TCM students.This article analyzes and summarizes the problems of our department’s work in the regulation and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine based on the experience of regulation and teaching in the undergraduate department,optimizing teaching methods,implementing the teacher-student mutual evaluation work,and the strategy of“diversified small lectures based on the typical audiovisual image of the picture archiving and communication system(PACS system)”,aiming to improve the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine.The greatest training benefit of the students is to cultivate a new type of clinical medicine talents with comprehensive knowledge,strong practical ability and adapt to the development of modern medicine for the society.
