摘  要:"一带一路"倡议的提出,给我国非通用语教育带来了前所未有的挑战和契机。文章以浙江万里学院捷克语特色班为对象,在需求分析理论的指导下,通过对企业和学生的调研,明确在"一带一路"背景下用人单位以及学生学习捷克语的需求,并结合应用型大学的办学定位和人才培养特点,探讨捷克语人才培养模式。基于调研结果,从培养机制、培养模式、课程体系、教学制度、教学方法等角度提出了相应建议。After the promotion of the"Belt and Road"initiative,there is a call for more less commonly taught European languages talents which brings both challenges and opportunities for foreign languages education in China.Under the guidance of needs analysis,this paper took the Czech class in Zhejiang Wanli University as an example,and discussed the needs from employers and students respectively.Based on a solid empirical study,this essay proposed the cultivation model for Czech learners,and gave suggestions from the perspectives of cultivation mechanism,cultivation model,curriculum system,education system and teaching methods.
