摘　　要：为了探讨“互联网+医疗”背景下医患关系的变化及特点,以期为新型和谐医患关系的构建提供决策参考。通过目的抽样法,对来自不同级别医疗机构的33名医务人员及31名患者和居民进行半结构化的个人深入访谈,采用主题框架法对访谈资料进行分析。共提炼出四个主题:医务人员需要提高自身诊疗技术;患者需要增强网络信息辨别能力;政府应扶持“互联网+医疗”可持续发展;媒体应客观报道医疗卫生事件。因此,构建“互联网+医疗”背景下和谐的医患关系,医务人员应敬德修业,秉承大医精神;患者应辨别信息,提升健康素养;政府应履行主导责任,支持有所为有所不为;媒体应恪守职业道德,维护公信力。To explore the changes and characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship under the background of“Internet+medicaltreatment”,and to provide decision-making references for the construction of a new harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Through the purpose sampling method,33 medical staff and 31 patients and residents from different levels of medical institutions were semi-structured personal in-depth interviews,and the thematic framework method was used to analyze the interview data.As a result,four themes were extracted:medical staff need to improve their own diagnosis and treatment skills;patients need to enhance their ability to identify online information;the government should support the sustainable development of“Internet+medical treatment”;the media should objectively report on medical and health events.Therefore,in order to build a harmonious doct or-patient relationship under the background of“Internet+medical treatment”,medical staff should respect morals and pursue their careers and uphold the spirit of great doctors;patients should distinguish information and improve their health literacy;the government should perform leading responsibilities and support some actions and others;the media should abide by professional ethics and maintain public credibility.
