摘　　要：健康科普创作事业的发展过程中,由于缺乏法律约束与行为规范文件、医护人员在传播中主体地位的缺失、医疗相关行业利益冲突复杂及创作者忽视循证思维在科普创作中的应用等因素,科学性失范的问题日渐严重,针对现状存在的四个主要问题提出对策,即明确法律约束与制定行为规范文件,保证医护人员的传播主体地位,加强利益冲突管理,以及突出循证思维在科普创作中的应用,为破解该问题提供参考意见。In the development process of health sciencepopularization creation cause,due to the lack of industry standards and normative behavior documents,the lack of the dominant position of medical staff in communication,the complex interest conflicts of medical-related industries,the creators’neglect of evidence-based thinking in the application of science,etc.the problem of scientific anomy is becoming more and more serious.Aiming at the four main pain points of the current situation,the universal countermeasure is proposed from the perspective of popular science creation,that is,the government strengthens legal supervision and formulates ethical principles,guarantees the status of medical personnel as the main body of communication,strengthens conflict of interest management,and highlights evidence-based thinking in popular science,so as to provide reference for solving these problems.
