不同储藏方式对籼稻品质影响研究

摘  要:为有效提高农户储粮品质,以农户常规储藏籼稻为研究对象,采用组合式彩钢仓(组合仓)和聚乙烯塑料仓(PE仓)两种储粮装置对籼稻储藏的重量损失和品质变化进行研究。研究结果表明,相较于组合仓,PE仓储粮能降低籼稻谷的虫蚀粒率、水分含量、霉粒率的变化,能有效延缓籼稻谷的脂肪酸值、蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量等品质的劣变;储藏一年后,PE仓储粮平均损失率仅为0.20%,而组合仓储粮平均损失率为2.43%,PE仓储粮不仅能延缓籼稻谷品质的劣变,还能降低储粮损失率,为农户选择合适的储粮方式提供参考。In order to investigate the different effects of two kinds of bins at conventional environment and the maintain quality of grain stored by farmers,indica rice was stored in triple section combined choi steel bin and polyethylene plastic bin.The results revealed that when comparing with triple-section combined choi steel bin,polyethylene plastic bin could efficiently lower the insect damage grain rate,moisture and mildew grain rate of indica rice during storage.In addition,polyethylene plastic bin could also prevent the deterioration of indica rice quality such as fatty acid value,protein content and amylose content.After one year of storage,the average loss rate of grain in triple-section combined choi steel bin was 2.43%,while only 0.20%was found when grain was stored in polyethylene plastic bin.Compared with the effects of triple-section combined choi steel bin,polyethylene plastic bin reduced the losses of indica rice and put off the deterioration of indica rice quality.The results would provide a reference for farmers to choose suitable grain storage methods.
