摘 要:样品经过微波消解后,分别使用ICP-MS和GFAAS测定肉制品中镉含量。结果表明,ICP-MS测定的线性范围在0~45μg/L,校正曲线的相关系数(R)为0.9995,方法的回收率为99.1%,精密度的相对标准偏差为1.14%~4.56%(n=6);GFAAS测定的线性范围在0~2.5μg/L,校正曲线的相关系数均为0.9989,方法的回收率为98.4%,方法精密度的相对标准偏差为1.38%~6.10%(n=6)。二种方法的测定值基本一致,表明ICP-MS方法具有简单、快速、检出限低等特点,可用于肉制品中镉含量的测定,具有推广的意义。The sample was digested by microwave,then the cadmium content in meat products was detected by ICP-MS and GFAAS.The results showed that the linear range of ICP-MS was 0~45μg/L,the correlation coefficient(R)of correction curve was 0.9995,and therecovery rate of the method was 99.1%,and the relative standard deviation of precision was 1.14%~4.56%(n=6).The linear range of GFAAS was 0~2.5μg/L,and the correlation coefficient of correction curve was 0.9989,and the recovery rate of the method was 98.4%,and the relative standard deviation of the method precision was 1.38%~6.10%(n=6).The detection values of the two methods were basically the same.The results showed that the ICP-MS method had the characteristics of simple,rapid and low detection limit,and it could be used for the detection of cadmium in meat products,and it had the significance of popularization.
