摘　　要：新生入学教育是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的起点,新生入学教育的效果会直接影响新生适应大学学习生活的进度和高校思想政治教育的成效。新生入学教育具有引导性、展示性、探索性和交互性等特征。以往的新生入学教育存在着教育目标缺乏导引性和层次性、教育活动缺乏组织性和整体性、教育内容缺乏针对性和系统性以及教育形式缺乏多样性和生动性等问题。高校在开展集中性常规化新生入学教育的同时,应注重新生之间的个体差异和不同需求。精准化主题式新生入学教育,能够弥补集中性常规化入学教育的不足,满足新生个体间的多样化需求以及充分发挥教育双方的主体作用。高校开展精准化主题式新生入学教育,应坚持分类指导以满足新生个体化的差异性需求,开设新生入学教育微课程以发挥课堂主渠道作用以及注重新生入学教育工作队伍综合素质的整体提升。The enrollment education for freshmen is the starting point for colleges to conduct ideological and political education toward college students.The effect of the enrollment education for freshmen will directly influence the efficiency of freshmen in adapting themselves to college life and the effect of ideological and political education in colleges.The enrollment education of freshmen has got the characteristics of guidance,demonstration,exploration and interaction.In previous enrollment education,there exist problems such as the lack of guidance and hierarchy in educational goals,the lack of organization and integrity in educational activities,the lack of pertinence and systematicness in educational contents and the lack of diversity and vividness in educational forms.While colleges carrying out the centralized and routinized freshman enrollment education,they shall also lay emphasis on individual differences and differences in demands among freshmen.The precise theme-based enrollment education for freshmen can make up for the deficiencies of centralized and routinized enrollment education,meet the diversified demands of freshmen and fully exert the dominant role of both parties of the education.When carrying out the precise theme-based enrollment education of freshman,college shall adhere to classified guidance so as to meet the individualized and differentiated demands of freshmen,set up micro-courses for enrollment education of freshman so as to give play to the main channel function of classroom and lay emphasis on the overall improvement of the comprehensive quality of the enrollment education work teams.
