摘 要:产教融合是提升职业教育专业建设水平的有效措施。从专业建设内涵的理论视角,对北京市职业院校专业的产教融合状况展开实证调研分析,发现北京市职业教育专业建设的产教融合程度处于“产教结合,还未融合”的过渡阶段,且产教融合程度与专业建设效果呈正相关等特征;同时,面临师资队伍是产教融合专业建设的最薄弱要素、产学研合作是企业参与度最低的专业建设要素等问题。需要从搭建多样化产教融合专业建设平台,形成多渠道的教产资源转化机制;建立多赢驱动的合作动力机制,形成产教协同共进的发展格局;构建产教协同的技术创新和技术技能积累机制,提升产学研效果;建立产教融合专业建设标准体系,保证职业教育专业建设质量;健全产教融合专业建设配套保障制度,形成系统性的政策供给环境。The integration of industry and education is an effective measure to improve the specialty construction of vocational education.From the theoretical perspective of specialty construction connotation,the empirical investigation and analysis on the situation of integration of industry and education in specialty construction of Beijing's vocational colleges were carried.The results show that the problems exist.Firstly,the degree of industry-education integration is in the transitional stage of“industry-education combining,but not integrated”,and the degree of integration of industry and education is positively correlated with the effect of specialty construction.Secondly,the teaching staff is the weakest factor in the specialty construction of the integration of industry and education,and the industry-college-research cooperation is the factor with the lowest participation of enterprises.The solution is to build a diversified specialty construction platform for the integration of industry and education as well as form a multi-channel industry-education resources transformation mechanism;to establish a multi-win driven cooperative dynamic mechanism and form a development pattern of industry-education collaboration;to build the industry-education collaboration mechanism of technological innovation and technical skill accumulation to enhance the industry-college-research effect;to establish a specialty construction standard system for the integration of industry and education to ensure the quality of specialty construction of vocational education;and to improve the supporting guarantee system for specialty construction of integration of industry and education to form systematic policy surrounding.
