少数民族饮食文化英译方法探析——以云南彝族支系他留人的饮食为例

摘　　要：云南彝族他留人饮食内容丰富、文化内涵独特,是中华饮食文化的重要组成部分。基于全球化的趋势,中华文化的跨文化交往交流成为必然。中华饮食文化的“外推策略”则是其中之一。因此,对他留人饮食文化进行翻译能够充实中华饮食文化跨文化交流的内容。他留人饮食翻译分为菜品、糕点和饮品三类。根据其特点,论文在直译法的基础上对他留人饮食进行英译探析。The food of the Taliu people of Yi ethnic group in Yunnan province is rich in content and unique in cultural connotation,which is an important part of Chinese food culture.In accordance with the trend of globalization,cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture has become inevitable,including"extrapolation strategy"of Chinese diet culture.Translation of Taliu diet culture will contribute to the cross-cultural communication of Chinese diet culture.Translation of Taliu food is divided into three categories:dishes,pastries,and drinks.According to the characteristic of Taliu food and based on literal translation,the study tries to make an analysis of the methods of translating Taliu diet culture into English.
