摘  要:高素质应用型人才,不仅具有创新精神和实践能力,还应具备与实践应用能力紧密结合的理论分析、科学解决实际问题的能力。以电火花线切割实践教学为例,重点论述了电火花线切割工艺路线的合理选定、加工的正确操作、工艺参数的科学选取在培养高素质应用型人才的实际应用,为模具设计与制造专业高素质应用型人才的培养提供一种思路。High-quality applied talents not only have the spirit of innovation and practical ability, but also have the ability of theoretical analysis and scientific solution to practical problems closely combined with practical application ability. Taking the practical teaching of WEDM as an example, mainly discusses the rational selection of WEDM process route, the correct operation of machining and the scientific selection of process parameters in the practical application of cultivating high-quality applied talents, which provides a way of thinking for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in mold design and manufacturing specialty.
