摘 要:采用化学氧化还原法制备石墨烯,并与Fe3O4共同填充改性环氧树脂制备固体润滑涂层,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、透射电镜表征石墨烯结构,通过热重分析仪和摩擦磨损试验机分别研究涂层的耐热性能和在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:制备的石墨烯为半透明轻纱状单片层结构,与Fe3O4一起填充环氧涂层能提高耐热性和减摩耐磨性能,最佳总填充量为10%。其中石墨烯填充量越大,涂层减摩效果越显著,而Fe3O4的填充也具有协同作用,当两者等量填充时涂层减摩耐磨性能最优。对涂层粘着磨损机理进行分析。Graphene was prepared by chemical oxidation-reduction method and filled with Fe3O4 to prepare solid lubricating coating.The structure of graphene was characterized by FTTR,XRD and TEM.The heat resistance and tribology properties of coatings were studied by TGA and M-2000 wear tester under dry condition respectively.The results showed that the prepared graphene was a light yarn like translucent sheet structure,and the heat resistance and antifriction and wear resistance of the EP coating could be improved by filling with graphene and Fe3O4,the best total amount of filler was 10%.The larger the amount of graphene was,the more remarkable the friction reduction effect of the coating was,and the Fe3O4 filling also had a synergistic effect.The friction and wear resistance of the coating was the best when they were filled with the same amount.The adhesive wear mechanism of the coating was analyzed.
